Currently TschetCo is in the process of developing a property in Windsor Colorado. The property known as the Greenwald Farms consists of 176 acres located on the southwest corner of county roads 15 and 72 and just one mile north of Main Street in Windsor.

     The Greenwald Farms land is now in the finishing stages of annexation and zoning. It is anticipated that the preliminary plat process will be in full development by the end of the 3rd quarter of 2006.

     At this time the plan calls for approximately 400 home sites with lots ranging in size from 6250 to 18,000 square feet with substantial open space throughout the community enhancing the aesthetic quality of the development.

     Greenwald Farms is part of a larger annexation, which includes an 80-acre community park, two school sites and an extensive trail system which links to other systems throughout the greater Windsor community.
