            We moved to Fort Collins from Illinois in 2005. Uprooting your family and moving 1000 miles is a complicated and emotional process, and we wanted our home purchase to be as smooth as possible. Colorado Custom Homes did not disappoint. The quality of the construction in our home is high, and we have many features that are normally found in a pricier house. This is our first new home and it has exceeded all of my expectations...as has this company.

            I wanted to build a home that would maintain the character of the Washington Park neighborhood, and fit-in well with the overall charm of the area.  Colorado Custom Homes worked closely with me to provide me with the home I wanted.  It has an ‘old’ feel, with all of the conveniences and amenities of a modern day design.  My home is unpretentious and Colorado Custom Homes was supportive in every way and has provided me with a place I’m very proud to call home.    

            Building a new, custom home requires a good deal of communication between a homebuyer and the homebuilder. As a paraplegic, it was critical that our home was designed to address all that I needed.  Additionally challenging was the fact that we were living in Virginia during the entire process. Colorado Custom Homes was right on schedule and gave us a very comfortable home with everything we wanted and needed.
